Venture Flow (the business)
You'll have access to a copy for your records.

By submitting your payment, you agree to enter a binding agreement with Venture Flow to pay the full amount outlined on the checkout page, according to the payment schedule provided there (and sent to you by email for your records).

You confirm that the credit card, debit card, or payment method you’re using is valid, active, and will have sufficient funds available for the full duration of your selected payment plan.

If a payment fails for any reason, you agree to provide an alternative payment method. A late fee may apply if any scheduled payment is missed.

If your service includes ongoing delivery (digital or physical), Venture Flow reserves the right to pause or cancel delivery if payments are not made as agreed — with no refunds for prior payments.

You acknowledge that this is a legal financial commitment, and all scheduled payments are required in full unless you choose to pay early (if that option is made available).

Venture Flow reserves the right to report delinquent or unpaid balances to collections and/or credit agencies if necessary.

Your data is processed securely using SSL and AES-256 encryption. We use Paythen to manage and process payments.
