By clicking “Submit” and authorizing your payment, you are entering into a legal and binding agreement with Authentique Luxury to fulfill the total amount outlined on the payment page — either in full today or according to the payment schedule displayed and emailed to you.

You agree to honor this agreement in full by making each scheduled payment on time, using an active, valid, and funded payment method for the duration of your plan.

In the event a payment is declined or fails, you agree to provide an alternative payment method within the provided grace period. If multiple payments are missed and remain unresolved, your reservation may be permanently forfeited, and all payments made — including the 20% deposit — will be non-refundable.

You acknowledge that:
All payments are final and non-transferable.
Ownership of the item transfers only after the final payment is completed.
Authentique Luxury retains the right to suspend or cancel your Reserve access if your account becomes delinquent.  Authentique Luxury also reserves the right to report unresolved, delinquent balances to appropriate credit and/or collections agencies if necessary.

By proceeding, you agree that you:

Are legally bound to fulfill the complete balance
Will maintain a valid payment method throughout the term
May pay your balance early at any time without penalty
