AFC Cohort Installment Plan Agreement
By submitting your payment and authorizing charges on your card for today and/or future dates, you're entering into a legal and binding contract with Ancient Future Collective, LLC to pay the total amount shown on the payment page according to the payment schedule provided (a copy will be emailed to you for reference).
Important Terms:
1.) Your first installment payment successfully reserves your spot in the cohort.
2.) All remaining installments must be completed before the cohort start date.
3.) No refunds will be offered once your spot is reserved (limited spaces available).

Payment Responsibilities:
You acknowledge that your credit card(s), debit card(s), or other payment method(s) will remain active, valid, and have sufficient funds available throughout the entire payment schedule.
If any payment is declined for any reason, you agree to provide an alternative valid payment method immediately.
Obligations:
You understand this is a binding financial commitment. You are agreeing to make all payments on the agreed dates (or earlier if that option is available), and that missed payments may result in removal from the program/product/service.
Ancient Future Collective, LLC reserves the right to withhold or terminate access to cohort materials and sessions if payments are not made as scheduled, or if full payment is not received prior to the cohort start date.
By proceeding with payment, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these terms.
This agreement ensures both parties are clear on expectations and protects the integrity of our cohort enrollment process. Your commitment to the payment schedule helps us maintain the quality and exclusivity of our programs.
