Welcome to Alchemy Collective! We’ve done our best to curate an unbelievable experience for our guests, and we appreciate your participation.

The nature of our events entails inherent risk of bodily harm that cannot be mitigated or avoided. By participating in any activity at any future Alchemy Collective event, you acknowledge that you voluntarily choose to assume all risks associated with these activities, and you freely waive any and all legal rights that you may have against Alchemy Collective, LLC, their employees, principals, agents, or representatives ("the Releasees").

I certify that I am physically fit and have no existing medical conditions that could be worsened by participation in the activities offered at any future Alchemy DC event. I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own actions and decisions during the activity and that I will not hold Alchemy Collective, LLC, their employees, principals, agents, or representatives liable for any consequences.

I agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Alchemy Collective, LLC, their employees, principals, agents, or representatives from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from my participation in any activity at any future Alchemy Collective event.

I also grant Alchemy Collective, LLC permission to use my likeness in any photographs or videos taken during the event for marketing or promotional purposes.

ON BEHALF OF MYSELF, MY HEIRS, EXECUTORS, SUCCESSORS, ADMINISTRATORS, AND ANY OTHER PERSON WHO MAY HAVE AN INTEREST AT COMMON LAW OR BY OPERATION OF STATUTE, I HEREBY RELEASE FROM LIABILITY THE RELEASEES FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE OR LOSS OF ANY NATURE SUFFERED BY ME AS A RESULT OF MY PARTICIPATION IN ANY ACTIVITY AT ANY FUTURE EVENT, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THOSE ARISING OUT OF, OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED TO OR OCCASIONED BY, THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES.

I have read and understand this agreement and sign it of my own free will, with the knowledge that it applies to every event I participate in with Alchemy Collective in the future.
