- It is your responsibility to inform Ampersand Estates of any changes to billing or delivery details. Ampersand Estates does not accept liability for packages once delivery has been completed.

- To cancel your membership, please reach out to the team and we will assist. Refunds for payments that have already been processed may not be available.
- All products are packed with care. If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
