Tastemaker Club Terms & Conditions

By signing up for the Tastemakers Club wine or spirits membership via Paythen, I confirm that I am over 18 years of age and that I have read and understood the terms and conditions outlined below. 

1. You confirm that you are 18 years of age or older at the time of sign-up.
2. You understand that wine selections are subject to seasonal availability and may vary from delivery to delivery.
3. By completing this form, you agree to be automatically charged $370 SGD every three months from the date of sign-up.
4. Shipments are subject to international postage timeframes, customs clearance, and courier availability.
5. It is your responsibility to inform Ampersand Estates of any changes to billing or delivery details. If a delivery is unsuccessful, the parcel may be held by the courier or returned to a local depot in accordance with their policies. Ampersand Estates does not accept liability for parcels once delivery has been confirmed by the courier.
6. You acknowledge that local import duties, excise taxes, or GST (if applicable) imposed by Singapore authorities are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the membership price unless otherwise stated.
7. You will receive a notification prior to each payment being processed. It is your responsibility to ensure your nominated payment method remains valid and able to be charged.
8. As a member, you consent to receive Tastemakers Club email communications at the email address provided.
9. You also agree to receive general communications from Ampersand Estates. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time by contacting us via email.
10. Your personal data will never be sold or rented to third parties. Personal information is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), and may be shared only with trusted service providers for the purpose of fulfilling your membership.
11. To cancel your membership, please contact our team and we will assist you. Payments already processed are non-refundable, except where required by law.
12. All products are packed with care. If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photographs. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
13. Membership benefits and discounts are exclusive to active Tastemakers Club members, apply to personal purchases only, are non-transferable, and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
