This is the first-month subscription and includes VAT. The subscription will be renewed until you decide to cancel. For payment, please use the same email address as you used for access to the academy. Access to the platform will cease once the paid-for month expires. For a VAT invoice, please email accountant@baxterthompson.com .

By clicking the submit button on the payment page and authorising the charges on your card for today or at a future date, you understand you are entering into a legal and binding contract with Baxter Thompson Ltd to pay the amount shown on the payment page, to be paid according to the billing interval shown on the payment page, and for the minimum contract term, if any, specified by Baxter Thompson Ltd.
You acknowledge that the credit card(s), debit card(s) or other payment method(s) you are using for this subscription is and will be valid and have sufficient funds available to be charged successfully for all future payment dates.
If for any reason, any of your payments are declined, you agree to provide an alternative, valid payment method within a reasonable timeframe as specified by Baxter Thompson Ltd. You understand that you may be charged a late fee(s) by Baxter Thompson Ltd if a payment is declined on any of the future payment dates for any reason whatsoever.
Baxter Thompson Ltd may decide to withhold or terminate the provision of this product or service if a payment fails in the future, with no refunds issued for past payments.
You understand that you are legally bound to these terms and required by law to make all payments based on the billing interval specified and for the minimum contract term, if any, specified by Baxter Thompson Ltd.
Baxter Thompson Ltd reserves the right to report delinquent payments to credit agencies and collections agencies.
