By answering and submitting the information on the payment / sign up page and authorizing the charges on your payment method for today or at a future date, you (“the Customer”, “you”) acknowledge and agree that you are entering into a legally binding contract with the business (“we,” “us,” or “our”) to pay the total amount shown on the payment page in installments as specified in the payment schedule also accessible via the payment page. You understand that you will receive the product or service only after the total amount has been paid in full. The product(s) or service(s) will be provided to you only after the total amount has been paid in full as per the payment schedule. Until then, ownership and possession of the goods remain with us. Once your payments are completed, we will provide/ship what you have paid for as soon as possible after that date. If the item or product is out of stock, there might be a delay before your receive it. If you signed up to receive a digital product, or an in-person service, you will receive access to it / be booked in at the next available date for cases where access is limited or restricted to a specific number of people (for example cohort based courses, workshops or online courses and workshops with limited numbers).
