November In Person Hypnobirthing Group Course at The Wee Retreat

Join me and a small group of other local parents-to-be at The Wee Retreat, for 4 sessions of Hypnobirthing and birth preparation.

Course dates are Tuesday 5th, 12th, 19th & 26th of November at 7.30-9.30pm at The Wee Retreat, Glasgow Southside.

Cancellation policy: I understand that circumstances may arise which require you to cancel or reschedule your hypnobirthing class. I strive to be fair and flexible whilst also operating small group sizes with limited space. 

Cancellations made:
1. More than 8 weeks prior to the scheduled class date will be eligible for a partial refund. A £59 cancellation fee will be applied, and the remaining amount will be refunded or credited towards a future class or service
2. Between 4 and 8 weeks of the scheduled course date will be eligible for a refund of 50% of the total course cost. Any outstanding balance must be paid 
3. Between 2 to 4 weeks before the scheduled course date will be charged at 75% of the total course cost. Any outstanding balance must be paid
4. Under 2 weeks of the scheduled course date will not be eligible for a refund and any outstanding balance must be paid

In the event of extenuating circumstances, such as a medical emergency, please contact me directly to discuss your situation. I will make every effort to accommodate your needs and find a suitable solution.

By implementing this sliding scale cancellation policy, I aim to strike a balance that allows me to provide the very best service while considering the unique circumstances of each participant. By purchasing your course ticket, you are agreeing to these terms. 

Please note, classes take place up one flight of stairs with no lift access. Please get in touch with any access requirements before booking.

If for any reason, any of your payments are declined, you agree to provide an alternative, valid payment method. You understand that you may be charged a late fee(s) if a payment is missed on any of the agreed-upon payment dates for any reason whatsoever.

If the business is providing an ongoing physical or digital product or service, the business may decide to withhold or terminate the provision of this product or service if you fail to make the agreed upon payments as shown in the payment schedule, with no refunds issued as a result of payments already made.

You understand that you are legally bound to these terms and required by law to make all payments on the agreed-upon payment dates, or via an early payment, if the business has provided that option.

The business reserves the right to report delinquent payments to credit agencies and collections agencies.
