Payment Terms & Installment Agreement
By clicking the submit button on the payment page and authorizing the charges on your card (whether charged immediately or on a future date), you acknowledge that you are entering into a legally binding agreement with the business to pay the full purchase amount displayed on the payment page. This amount is payable according to the payment schedule shown at checkout, a copy of which will also be emailed to you for your records.
You confirm that the credit card, debit card, or other payment method used for this purchase will remain valid, active, and sufficiently funded for the entire duration of the payment schedule.
If any payment is declined for any reason, you agree to promptly provide an alternative valid payment method. Late or failed payments may result in late fees or additional administrative charges.
For programs that include live sessions, reserved time slots, or advance scheduling, please note the following:
- 👉Your session slot is conditionally reserved based on timely completion of all installment payments.
- 👉If the second or final installment is not paid on time, your reserved slot will be released, and your place in the schedule is forfeited.
-
👉The business is under no obligation to hold, reschedule, or reinstate a slot once it has been released due to non-payment.
If the business is providing any digital products, audio recordings, courses, or services (including but not limited to self-paced materials, live sessions, or customized content), the business reserves the right to withhold, suspend, or permanently terminate access if payments are not made as agreed. No refunds will be issued for payments already made.
You understand that you are legally obligated to complete all payments according to the agreed schedule, unless an approved early payment option has been provided and exercised.
The business reserves the right to pursue appropriate remedies for delinquent payments, including reporting to collections agencies where legally permitted.
