By answering and submitting the information on the payment / sign up page and authorizing the charges on your payment method for today or at a future date, you (“the Customer”, “you”) acknowledge and agree that you are entering into a legally binding contract with the business (“we,” “us,” or “our”) to pay the total amount shown on the payment page in installments as specified in the payment schedule also accessible via the payment page. You understand that you will receive the product or service only after the total amount has been paid in full. A copy of the payment schedule and these terms will be accessible to you via your customer link after you sign up.

1. Payment Authorization
You authorize us to charge your provided credit card(s), debit card(s), or other payment method(s) for the amounts and on the dates set forth in the payment schedule. You represent and warrant that the payment method(s) you are using will remain active, valid, and have sufficient funds available during the entire term of the payment schedule.

2. Failed Payments
a. Notification and Resolution: If any of your payments are declined for any reason, you agree to provide an    alternative, valid payment method within a 24 hours period after being notified by us. You will receive an automated email if a scheduled payment fails to the email address you provide.
b. Late Fees: You understand that we may charge late fees if a payment is missed on any of the agreed-upon payment dates for any reason whatsoever.

3. Cancellation and Refunds
a. Cancellation by You: You may cancel this agreement at any time before making the final payment and before we have provided any products or services to you. Upon cancellation, you are entitled to a refund of all payments made, less a cancellation fee that may be charged to cover our reasonable costs as long as no products or services have been provided to you already. In addition, any surcharges or administration fees already charged may not be refunded as they cover costs we have already incurred in administering your payment plan.

By submitting your information on the payment / sign up page, you agree to our cancellation fees, if applicable.
b. Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel this agreement if payments are not made as scheduled or for any reason. In the event of cancellation by us, you will be notified, and all payments made will be refunded to you. If the cancellation is initiated by us in cases where there are no failed or overdue payments, no cancellation or other fees will be charged.

4. Provision of Goods and Services
The product(s) or service(s) will be provided to you only after the total amount has been paid in full as per the payment schedule. Until then, ownership and possession of the goods remain with us. Once your payments are completed, we will provide/ship what you have paid for as soon as possible after that date. If the item or product is out of stock, there might be a delay before your receive it. If you signed up to receive a digital product, or an in-person service, you will receive access to it / be booked in at the next available date for cases where access is limited or restricted to a specific number of people (for example cohort based courses, workshops or online courses and workshops with limited numbers).

While we do our best to ensure you get the product / access to the service as soon as possible once your payments are made, you understand and agree to any delays in the provision of the product or service.

5. Legal Obligations
You understand that you are legally bound to these terms and are required by law to make all payments on the agreed-upon payment dates, or via an early payment option if provided. Failure to comply with these terms may result in your plan being cancelled with relevant cancellation fees charged as outlined in clause 3.

6. Amendments
Any changes to these terms and conditions must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties. We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to these terms and will provide written notice of any amendments.

7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

8. Severability
If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remainder of these terms shall remain in full force and effect.

9. Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
