You'll have access to a copy for your records.
By submitting payment, you're agreeing to a payment plan with Hypermobile Natural Therapies. You are agreeing to pay the total amount shown, on the dates shown in your payment schedule (monthly payments from the date you sign up.
Please make sure your card stays active and has enough funds for each payment date. If a payment fails, we'll ask you to update your card or use a different one. A late fee may apply if a payment is missed.
If payments aren't kept up, we may pause your package until the plan is back on track. This is a binding agreement, direct debited. Payments are required on the agreed dates. Refunds only given for partial amount of unused package portion in extenuating circumstances, minus any paid for testing.
