You acknowledge that the credit card(s), debit card(s) or other payment method(s) you are using for this subscription is and will be valid and have sufficient funds available to be charged successfully for all future payment dates.

If for any reason, any of your payments are declined, you agree to provide an alternative, valid payment method within a reasonable timeframe as specified by EMD Scooters Pty Ltd. You understand that you may be charged a late fee(s) by EMD Scooters Pty Ltd if a payment is declined on any of the future payment dates for any reason whatsoever.

If EMD Scooters Pty Ltd is providing an ongoing physical or digital product or service, EMD Scooters Pty Ltd may decide to withhold or terminate the provision of this product or service if a payment fails in the future, with no refunds issued for past payments.

If EMD Scooters Pty Ltd has specified a minimum term for this subscription, you understand and agree to make all payments required within that term.

You understand that you are legally bound to these terms and required by law to make all payments based on the billing interval specified and for the minimum contract term, if any, specified by EMD Scooters Pty Ltd.

EMD Scooters Pty Ltd reserves the right to report delinquent payments to credit agencies and collections agencies.

The minimum amount payable over the full term is $4,979.48, please consider this prior to committing to the purchase.
