Set up a payment plan to pay in four instalments. You'll pay £150 to confirm your place then you'll pay a further three instalments of £150 in February 2026, June 2026, and October 2026.

Green Squirrel (the business)
You'll have access to a copy for your records
By clicking the submit button on the payment page and authorising the charges on your card for today or at a future date, you understand you are entering into a legal and binding contract with Green Squirrel CIC to pay the total amount shown on the payment page, to be paid on each date as shown in the payment schedule accessible via the payment page, a copy of which will also be emailed to you for reference.
You acknowledge that the credit card(s), debit card(s) or other payment method(s) you are using to make this purchase will be active, valid and have sufficient funds available during the entire term of the payment schedule.
If for any reason, any of your payments are declined, you agree to provide an alternative, valid payment method. You must inform Green Squirrel immediately if there could be any delays to payments and we reserve the right to pause access to the course if payments cannot be made.
Cancellations and refunds
Cooling off period: If you decide within 14 days of booking this course that you no longer wish to attend then Green Squirrel will provide a full refund if we are notified by email within the 14 day period.
After this period Green Squirrel is unable to refund any part of the fee paid or owed, unless we are able to re-sell a place on the course to replace your booking.
No refunds will be given for non-attendance.
If Green Squirrel need to cancel part or all the course then a full refund will be made to all participants.

Attendance
If you are unable to attend a specific session, you may notify Green Squirrel and choose a friend or family member to attend in your place.
Green Squirrel reserves the right to make changes to the course content and will notify participants accordingly.

Communications and data protection
Green Squirrel will communicate with course participants primarily through email.
You will have the option to join a Whatsapp group which will include other course participants.
Green Squirrel fully endorse and adhere to the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation and our Data Protection policy can be viewed on request.

You agree that, in relation to information, which we hold on you from time to time, we may use your information to provide your course materials and support, and otherwise perform our obligations and enforce our rights under these Terms and Conditions.

Participant responsibilities: Participants are responsible for ensuring they have booked the correct course and that they can get to the venue on time.
Code of conduct: Participants agree to treat tutors and other participants with respect and to follow all venue rules.
Limitation of liability: Green Squirrel shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever which you may suffer arising out of or in connection with your enrolment on this course.
