This coaching experience is designed to deliver a high level of accountability, loving support, and the right system, so you make empowered decisions and gently grow your nervous system capacity to create the results you want. 

The package includes private, one-on-one coaching time with me, and text and voice memo support.

This coaching package is designed to activate change in key ways: 

One: Knowing that our brains will over-complicate things to prevent action and stay in our comfort zone AND/OR over-push so we burn out and fall back into our comfort zone. We will take simple small gentle steps so you stay just on the edge of your comfort zone. Growing sustainably. 

Two (for money work): Rewiring the societal scarcity mindset into an abundance mindset, by 

1. Practising Sufficiency in Growing your capacity to receive 
2. Uncovering and healing any money trauma you may have, (99% of people do!) and 
3. Creating an exciting goal and spending plan and money rituals that align with your values. 

Three (for grief work): Normalizing the mental, emotional, physical, spiritual and social symptoms of grief, so you don’t feel alone. Understand how society shames grieving people, and create grief rituals to keep a connection to what was lost while embarking on a new life.

What you are receiving in this 1-1 coaching package:
• Private, One-On-One Coaching Sessions with me with the specific goal of your choice 

•  Your first session must be booked within 5 weeks of purchasing. 

•  Most sessions must be weekly, occasionally sessions can be bi weekly.

• Support Between Sessions via WhatsApp or Telegram (voice memo or text) +15142079459

• You can usually expect a personal response from me within 48 hours or on the next business day Tuesday - Friday)



Cancellation Policy:

• You receive 1 “emergency reschedule” in your Program, which means you can cancel a session within 24 hours and still reschedule the session. 

• Any other cancelled sessions with less than 24 hours-notice may be forfeited. 

• With ample advance notice, I will try to accommodate scheduling changes. However, I strongly recommend prioritising these sessions and this schedule as an important aspect of prioritising your own transformation. 

A short questionnaire will appear once you complete your payment to continue clarifying the results you desire.

You acknowledge that the credit card(s), debit card(s) or other payment method(s) you are using to make this purchase will be active, valid and have sufficient funds available during the entire term of the payment schedule.

If for any reason, any of your payments are declined, you agree to provide an alternative, valid payment method. You understand that you may be charged a late fee(s) if a payment is missed on any of the agreed-upon payment dates for any reason whatsoever.

If the business is providing an ongoing physical or digital product or service, the business may decide to withhold or terminate the provision of this product or service if you fail to make the agreed upon payments as shown in the payment schedule, with no refunds issued as a result of payments already made.

You understand that you are legally bound to these terms and required by law to make all payments on the agreed-upon payment dates, or via an early payment, if the business has provided that option.

The business reserves the right to report delinquent payments to credit agencies and collections agencies.
