BOOKING TERMS

1: BOOKING PROCEDURE

By agreeing to this payment plan, you consent to an initial reservation fee. The total deposit amounts to 50% of the retreat price and is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 8 weeks (2 months) prior to the start of the retreat. Depending on the timing of your booking, the final payment will be processed 8 weeks before the retreat’s commencement, and you authorize Paythen to facilitate this transaction.

If you wish to change your room selection to one with a lower price, we may accommodate the request, subject to availability. Refunds for the price difference will be issued after deducting any applicable Stripe processing fees. The total refund amount will be calculated as the price difference between the original booking and the new selection, minus these fees.

Room changes are not guaranteed and depend on availability at the time of the request.

2: RETREAT PRICES 

Our retreat prices include accommodation, all meals as advertised,  all group yoga classes, unless stated differently in your booking confirmation email. Our prices exclude flights, trains, travel insurance, tips, excursions, transfers from airports unless otherwise stated.

As a small business, our retreat operations depend on careful planning and commitments to our partners. Therefore, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made less than 8 weeks before the start of the retreat.

For cancellations made more than 8 weeks prior to the retreat, please note that the 50% deposit is non-refundable, as all costs are finalised 8 weeks in advance.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances, including illness (such as COVID-19), may arise, but we are unable to make exceptions to this policy. All cancellations must be submitted in writing by the person who made the booking, and will take effect on the date we receive your notification.

Unfortunately, due to changes in pricing and availability, we are unable to transfer your deposit or payment to any other retreat.

We truly appreciate your understanding and support. This policy allows us to continue offering meaningful and well-prepared retreat experiences for all participants.

 

In the unlikely event that the retreat needs to be rescheduled/cancelled, your deposits will be refunded. We will not be responsible for any money you have paid for travel, so please make sure you have adequate flight cancellation insurance in place at the time of booking your holiday.

I understand that yoga/ fitness classes include physical movements as well as an opportunity for relaxation, stress re-education and relief of muscular tension. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If I experience any pain or discomfort, I will listen to my body, discontinue the activity, and ask for support from the instructor. I will continue to breathe smoothly. I assume full responsibility for any and all damages, which may incur through participation. I, the undersigned, understand that yoga /fitness is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis, or treatment. I should consult a physician prior to beginning any activity program, including yoga/fitness. I recognize that it is my responsibility to notify my teacher of any serious illness or injury before every yoga/fitness class. I will not perform any postures/exercises to the extent of strain or pain. I also affirm that I alone am responsible to decide whether to practice yoga/fitness and participation is at my own risk.I have read and fully understand and agree to the above terms of this Liability Waiver Agreement. I am signing this agreement voluntarily and recognize that my signature serves as complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent.
