We’ll email you a copy for your records.
By clicking the submit button on the payment page and authorising the charges on your card for today or at a future date, you understand you are entering into a legal and binding contract with the business to pay the amount shown on the payment page, to be paid according to the billing interval shown on the payment page, and for the minimum contract term, if any, specified by the business.
You acknowledge that the credit card(s), debit card(s) or other payment method(s) you are using for this subscription is and will be valid and have sufficient funds available to be charged successfully for all future payment dates.
If for any reason, any of your payments are declined, you agree to provide an alternative, valid payment method within a reasonable timeframe as specified by the business. You understand that you may be charged a late fee(s) by the business if a payment is declined on any of the future payment dates for any reason whatsoever.
If the business is providing an ongoing physical or digital product or service, the business may decide to withhold or terminate the provision of this product or service if a payment fails in the future, with no refunds issued for past payments.
If the business has specified a minimum term for this subscription, you understand and agree to make all payments required within that term.
You understand that you are legally bound to these terms and required by law to make all payments based on the billing interval specified and for the minimum contract term, if any, specified by the business.
RogueFishMedia (the business) also (lessor) will grant You(lessee) immediate(within 24hrs of payment being completed) access to the domain Name Servers and or to redirect the domain name for as long as your account is in good standing. If you the lessee fails to make the agreed upon payments on time each month, there may be DNS/redirect interruptions. The domain will be held and renewed by RogueFishMedia and any changes and requests to modify Name Servers/redirects by you the lessee must be done in writing and approved by us.
ALL payments including past, current and future collected by the lessor will be NON refundable. A receipt upon each successful payment will be automatically sent to the lessee each month. The lessor will have access to our Customer Portal to manage billing, invoices, updates etc for the lease.
The lessor reserves the right to cancel this lease at any point in writing. Any damages incurred by the lessor for any abuse or misuse of the leased domain name to the lessee including legal fees or loss of ownership of leased domain will be assessed by our legal department and invoiced/billed to the lessee.
You the Lessee must ask and make arrangements with the lessor in writing if you/the lessee wish to LOCK IN a lease that is not a "month-to-month" basis, ie: request a 6 month lease quote, 12 month lease quote etc PRIOR TO MAKING PAYMENTS IN ADVANCE in the Customer Portal. The lessor has the right to approve or deny such requests.
RogueFishMedia will not condone the use of the domain where prohibited or in violation of laws at our own discretion: ie: adult content, drug use, hacking, hate speech or any malicious content. You will be notified in writing/your billing email prior to any cancelations.
