By clicking the submit button on the payment page and authorising the charges on your card for today or at a future date, you understand you are entering into a legal and binding contract with the business to pay the total amount shown on the payment page, to be paid on each date as shown in the payment schedule accessible via the payment page, a copy of which will also be emailed to you for reference.

You acknowledge that the credit card(s), debit card(s) or other payment method(s) you are using to make this purchase will be active, valid and have sufficient funds available during the entire term of the payment schedule.

If for any reason, any of your payments are declined, you agree to provide an alternative, valid payment method. You understand that you may be charged a late fee(s) if a payment is missed on any of the agreed-upon payment dates for any reason whatsoever. Any overdue or unpaid monthly installment or balances will be subject to a late payment fee of $30 per day after the due date has passed.

If the business is providing an ongoing physical or digital product or service, the business may decide to withhold or terminate the provision of this product or service if you fail to make the agreed upon payments as shown in the payment schedule, with no refunds issued as a result of payments already made.

You understand that you are legally bound to these terms and required by law to make all payments on the agreed-upon payment dates, or via an early payment, if the business has provided that option.

RogueFishMedia will grant you immediate access to the domain Name Servers and or to redirect the domain name for as long as your account is in good standing. If you fail to make the agreed upon payments as shown in the payment schedule, there may be DNS/redirect interruptions. The domain will be held and renewed by RogueFishMedia and any changes and requests to modify Name Servers/redirects by you must be done in writing and approved by us.

ALL payments including past, current and future collected by the RogueFishMedia will be NON refundable. The buyer will have access to our Customer Portal to manage billing, invoices, updates etc for the payment plan option.

RogueFishMedia will not condone the use of the domain where prohibited or in violation of laws at our own discretion: ie: adult content, drug use, hacking or any malicious content. You will be notified in writing/your billing email prior to any cancelations.
Any damages incurred by the owner RogueFishMedia for any abuse or misuse of the domain name via the payment plan option(ie: during the 6 month payment period), including legal fees or loss of ownership of the financed domain will be assessed by our legal department and invoiced/billed to the lessee.

FULL TRANSFER of domain ownership and rights to the buyer and to the buyers own Registrar/hosting account will be available after ALL payments have been successfully completed.  No exceptions. You may request an early payout option in writing.
