Payment Plan Terms
The Medical Assistant Expert (the business)

Payment Structure:
- Your payment plan includes 2 equal installments, starting with a 50% deposit today, plus a 2.5% card processing fee.
- The second and final payment will be automatically charged to the same card beginning 14 days after the first payment.
- In the event you are booking this service less than 12 days prior to the intended service date you will need to complete both payments within 6 days apart from one another.
Important:
If you book this experience less than 12 days before your VIP Day, both payments must be completed within 6 days of one another to ensure full payment is received prior to your session.

Upon booking, you’ll receive:
· An email confirmation with your unique customer portal link
· Access to your full payment schedule
· The ability to update your payment method, view receipts, and even pay your balance early if desired.
Failed Payment Policy:
If your second payment fails:
- You and The Medical Assistant Expert will be notified immediately via email.
- Our payment processor will attempt to charge your card 4 times within one week from the failed attempt.
- In the event your payment has not been made within the four attempts you will have 24 hours to update your payment method using your secure customer link.
- After all retries fail, you will receive a final invoice for the full remaining balance, due immediately.
If payment is not resolved within 5 business days:
- Your services and access will be paused or revoked.
- You may be reported to collections and/or legal action may be pursued to recover the balance.
- Fraudulent chargebacks or misuse will result in reporting to financial institutions and possible further action.
Terms of Service:
- This is a non-refundable, high-touch strategy experience. Due to the nature of this offer, no cancellations, refunds, or transfers are permitted.
- Your VIP Day booking, materials, and post-session support are contingent upon full payment prior to the service date.
