BRISBANE SISTERHOOD MEMBERSHIP — TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Membership Overview The Brisbane Sisterhood Membership is a monthly subscription giving members access to fortnightly Coffee & Connect events, weekly accountability sessions, and other membership benefits as outlined on the membership page. Inclusions may be updated from time to time, with members notified in advance of any changes.
- Payment and Billing Membership is billed monthly at $29 via Paythen, starting from your sign up date. Payments will continue automatically each month unless cancelled in accordance with section 3. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment details are kept up to date.
- Cancellation You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will retain access to membership benefits until that date. No partial refunds are provided for the remainder of a billing cycle already paid.
- Refunds Membership fees are non refundable once a billing cycle has commenced. This includes situations where a member does not attend included events during that cycle.
- Event Bookings and Attendance Membership entitles you to unlimited access to fortnightly Coffee & Connect events, subject to availability and any event specific booking requirements. Spaces at some events may be limited and are allocated on a first come basis. The Sisterhood Movement reserves the right to change event dates, times, locations or facilitators where necessary.
- Changes to Membership The Sisterhood Movement reserves the right to update these terms, membership pricing or inclusions at any time. Members will be given reasonable notice of any material changes.
- Code of Conduct All members are expected to engage respectfully with other members, facilitators and staff at Sisterhood events. The Sisterhood Movement reserves the right to suspend or cancel membership access for conduct that is disrespectful, unsafe or inconsistent with the values of the community.
