Art of Touch Academy Purchase Terms

By completing your purchase and authorizing the charges shown on the payment page, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

Purchase and Payment Agreement

You understand that you are entering into a legal and binding agreement with Art of Touch Academy to pay the total purchase amount shown on the payment page.

You may choose one of the following payment options:

Pay in Full: One payment of $2,250.

Three-Month Payment Plan: Three monthly payments of $825, for a total purchase price of $2,475.

If you select the payment plan, you authorize Art of Touch Academy and its payment providers to automatically charge your selected payment method on each date shown in the payment schedule. A copy of your payment schedule will be emailed to you for reference.

The payment plan is a fixed installment agreement for the full purchase price. It is not a monthly membership or cancel-anytime subscription. All scheduled payments remain due after enrollment, even if you do not access, use, or complete the course.

You may pay the remaining balance early if that option is made available.

Valid Payment Method

You agree to maintain an active and valid credit card, debit card, or other accepted payment method with sufficient funds available throughout the payment schedule.

If a payment is declined, you agree to promptly provide an alternative valid payment method and authorize the outstanding payment to be processed.

Missed Payments and Course Access

If a scheduled payment is missed or declined, Art of Touch Academy may temporarily suspend or terminate access to the course until the account is brought current.

Suspension or termination of access does not cancel the remaining balance or entitle you to a refund of payments already made.

Any fees associated with missed or late payments will only be charged if clearly disclosed and permitted by applicable law.

Course Access

Your purchase includes access to the complete Art of Touch Academy, including all 30 video modules, guided audio visualizations, and accompanying course exercises.

Our team will personally create your student account. Login credentials will be emailed to the address provided at checkout within 24 hours of purchase.

Course access remains active for 24 months from the date your credentials are issued, provided your account remains in good standing.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the course and the availability of proprietary educational materials after enrollment, all purchases are final and nonrefundable.

Choosing not to access or complete the program, changing your mind, or failing to achieve a particular result does not qualify you for a refund or release you from the remaining payments under an agreed payment plan.

Please contact our team promptly if a technical issue prevents you from accessing the course so we can work to resolve it.

Personal Use and Intellectual Property

Your purchase provides one individual, nontransferable student license.

Your login credentials and course materials may not be shared, copied, recorded, reproduced, distributed, resold, published, taught, or made available to another person without prior written permission.

Unauthorized sharing or distribution may result in the suspension or termination of course access without a refund.

The Art of Touch Academy provides educational information related to communication, intimacy, touch, confidence, and personal development.

The program is not medical, psychological, therapeutic, or legal advice and is not a substitute for services from a qualified professional.

Individual experiences and results vary. No specific relationship, sexual, emotional, financial, or personal result is promised or guaranteed.

Consent and Personal Responsibility

All course teachings must be applied respectfully, lawfully, and only with the informed and ongoing consent of every person involved.

You are solely responsible for your decisions, conduct, relationships, and use of the course material.

Confirmation of Agreement

By clicking the submit button and completing your purchase, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old.
You have reviewed the total purchase price.
You have reviewed the payment schedule you selected.
You authorize the charges shown on the payment page.
You understand that the payment plan is a binding commitment to pay the full balance.
You understand the refund and course-access policies.
You agree to these Purchase Terms.
