Art of Touch Academy Module Purchase Terms

By completing your purchase and authorizing the charge shown on the payment page, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

Purchase Agreement

You understand that you are entering into a legal and binding agreement with Art of Touch Academy to pay the total purchase amount shown on the payment page.

You may purchase one of the following:

One Module: One payment of $93 for access to one selected Art of Touch Academy module.

Three-Module Bundle: One payment of $257 for access to three selected Art of Touch Academy modules.

These purchases do not include access to the complete 30-module Art of Touch Academy unless you later upgrade to the full program.

Module Selection

The payment page does not allow you to select your module or modules during checkout.

After your purchase, our team will contact you to offer a brief call to discuss your goals, review the available topics, and help you determine which module or modules may be the best fit.

The final selection remains your responsibility. Guidance provided during the call is educational and does not guarantee a particular outcome.

Once your module selection is confirmed, our team will create your student account and grant access to the selected content. Login credentials will generally be emailed within 24 hours after your selection is finalized.

Delays in scheduling or completing the module-selection call do not cancel the purchase or qualify it for a refund.

Course Access

Your purchase includes access only to the module or modules selected following your purchase.

Access remains active for 24 months from the date your login credentials are issued.

Your purchase may include the video lesson and any exercises, audio tools, or supporting materials specifically associated with the selected module. It does not include materials belonging exclusively to other modules or the full Academy.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the program and the personalized module-selection process, all purchases are final and nonrefundable.

Changing your mind, choosing not to schedule or attend the selection call, failing to access or complete the material, or not achieving a particular result does not qualify you for a refund.

Please contact our team promptly if a technical issue prevents you from accessing your purchased materials so we can work to resolve it.

Personal Use and Intellectual Property

Your purchase provides one individual, nontransferable student license.

Login credentials and course materials may not be shared, copied, recorded, reproduced, distributed, resold, published, taught, or made available to another person without prior written permission.

Unauthorized sharing or distribution may result in the suspension or termination of access without a refund.

Educational Disclaimer

The Art of Touch Academy provides educational information related to communication, intimacy, touch, confidence, and personal development.

The program is not medical, psychological, therapeutic, or legal advice and is not a substitute for services from a qualified professional.

Individual experiences and results vary. No specific relationship, sexual, emotional, or personal result is promised or guaranteed.

Consent and Personal Responsibility

All course teachings must be applied respectfully, lawfully, and only with the informed and ongoing consent of every person involved.

You are solely responsible for your decisions, conduct, relationships, and application of the course material.

Confirmation of Agreement

By clicking the submit button and completing your purchase, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old.
You have reviewed the total purchase price.
You understand how the module-selection process works.
You understand that your purchase includes only one or three selected modules.
You authorize the charge shown on the payment page.
You understand the refund and course-access policies.
You agree to these Purchase Terms.
