$2495, Shared Room with 2 Twin Beds Deposit $750. This is a payment plan with NO EXTRA FEES charged to you. You pay $750.00 non-refundable deposit today, then one final payment of $1745 charged on June 16, 2026, one month prior to the retreat. This is toward the total balance of $2495 for the ZenHike Asheville NC Retreat July 16-19, 2026. All payments/deposits are non-refundable and no credit is given for deposits if you cancel your retreat for any reason. PLEASE GET TRAVEL INSURANCE TO PROTECT YOUR INVESTMENT.
More about the bed/room: LOCATED ON THE MAIN LEVEL (2ND FLOOR) This is for the Dynamic Duo Room with 2 Twin Beds.. Your room shares a bathroom with a shower, shared with just one other bedroom with one guest in it.
You will also be given access to the entire retreat weekend offerings including:
Transportation to and from the Asheville Airport at scheduled times
Yoga, Sound Healing and activities
Access to the property during your stay
Vegan meals

Deposits/payments made are non-refundable, no exceptions. If a participant must cancel due to emergency for up to 60 days prior to the arrival then they will receive partial/half credit to use toward future retreats for their deposit/full or partial payments made.
The participant may use their partial credit toward a future retreat of ours taking place within 1 year of the date of the original cancellation. If a participant cancels within 60 days of the retreat, s/he will be responsible and liable for the deposit, full payment, or partial payments made toward the booking without any credit or repayment. If the participant cancels within 30 days, all payments are forfeited, however they may transfer their ticket to a friend.

By clicking the submit button on the payment page and authorising the charges on your card for today or at a future date, you understand you are entering into a legal and binding contract with the business to pay the total amount shown on the payment page, to be paid on each date as shown in the payment schedule accessible via the payment page, a copy of which will also be emailed to you for reference.
You acknowledge that the credit card(s), debit card(s) or other payment method(s) you are using to make this purchase will be active, valid and have sufficient funds available during the entire term of the payment schedule.
If for any reason, any of your payments are declined, you agree to provide an alternative, valid payment method. You understand that you may be charged a late fee(s) if a payment is missed on any of the agreed-upon payment dates for any reason whatsoever.
If the business is providing an ongoing physical or digital product or service, the business may decide to withhold or terminate the provision of this product or service if you fail to make the agreed upon payments as shown in the payment schedule, with no refunds issued as a result of payments already made.
You understand that you are legally bound to these terms and required by law to make all payments on the agreed-upon payment dates, or via an early payment, if the business has provided that option.
The business reserves the right to report delinquent payments to credit agencies and collections agencies.
