This is a payment plan with NO EXTRA FEES charged to you. You pay $1000.00 non-refundable deposit today, then two payments of $1597.50 charged - first one month after deposit is paid, and the second two months after the deposit is paid. This is toward the total balance of $4195 for the ZenHike Costa Rica Retreat Jan 3-10, 2026 which is due to be paid in full on the date specified in your terms (which must fall before Nov 1, 2025). All payments/deposits are non-refundable and no credit is given for deposits if you must cancel your retreat for any reason. PLEASE GET TRAVEL INSURANCE TO PROTECT YOUR INVESTMENT - it is worth it.

**Will likely be on the Top Floor, based on what's available + decided by the retreat center. Be flexible + open to top level or bottom level in the instance that you will be placed on the 1st floor.**
Includes Air Conditioner, Sitting Area & Mini Fridge
All meals once arriving at the retreat center are included unless otherwise noted as well as transportation from the airport to the retreat center and included specified activities /excursions.

Deposits/payments made are non-refundable, no exceptions.
IF A PARTICIPANT MUST CANCEL FOR AN EMERGENCY AFTER MAKING ALL FULL PAYMENTS (i.e. BALANCE IS TOTALLY PAID IN FULL) for up to 60 days prior to the arrival: they will receive half credit of their payments made toward a different retreat within 1 year of the cancellation but ONLY IF they have made ALL PAYMENTS/PAID UP IN FULL BY THEN.
DEPOSITS/PAYMENTS MADE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE + NON-TRANSFERRABLE if the participant cancels.
If the participant cancels within 30 days, and has made ALL PAYMENTS/FULL BALANCE PAID - all payments are forfeited, no refunds or credits given, however they may transfer their ticket to a friend but only for this retreat.
Since this is reserving a Double Occupancy room, total balance is due, no refunds given, regardless if one person who is staying in the room cancels. You may offer the spot to a different friend instead should your original roommate/friend cancel.

By clicking the submit button on the payment page and authorising the charges on your card for today or at a future date, you understand you are entering into a legal and binding contract with the business to pay the total amount shown on the payment page, to be paid on each date as shown in the payment schedule accessible via the payment page, a copy of which will also be emailed to you for reference.
You acknowledge that the credit card(s), debit card(s) or other payment method(s) you are using to make this purchase will be active, valid and have sufficient funds available during the entire term of the payment schedule.
If for any reason, any of your payments are declined, you agree to provide an alternative, valid payment method. You understand that you may be charged a late fee(s) if a payment is missed on any of the agreed-upon payment dates for any reason whatsoever.
If the business is providing an ongoing physical or digital product or service, the business may decide to withhold or terminate the provision of this product or service if you fail to make the agreed upon payments as shown in the payment schedule, with no refunds issued as a result of payments already made.
You understand that you are legally bound to these terms and required by law to make all payments on the agreed-upon payment dates, or via an early payment, if the business has provided that option.
The business reserves the right to report delinquent payments to credit agencies and collections agencies.
